2. MY JANE AUSTEN BOOK CLUB - JOURNAL OF THE FIFTH MEETING  OR ... ON DISAPPOINTMENT

Since last Saturday afternoon I have been in a very strange mood. Blue? I didn't want to write about it. It hurt. BuI kept on wondering : "How would Jane (Austen) react to such an unpleasant situation"? Writing, of course. Wit, irony and satire. She would brilliantly made it laughable. But I'm not Jane. I haven't got her stingy wit and her genius for writing. But I think that to tell about it can help me.

It's wonderful to win something like that, for someone who scarcely ever has any luck. :)

The audiobook arrived today and of course I have already listened to it. The time just flew by and sometimes I have really wondered if truly only one person read. It's quite fascinating how good RA is at accents and impersonating.

@Krist
Already got it and listened to it? Great! I'm so glad you liked it, Krist. And I agree with you, RA is extraordinarily brilliant at reading audiobooks. A real delight!
