Hi Maria,

My name is Tristi Pinkston and I work for Valor Publishing. This June, we will be launching a new author, Jenni James, who is taking the market by storm with her series of six teen novels patterned after the Jane Austen novels. Her first book is called "Northanger Alibi," and is about a girl completely obsessed with the Twilight series, just as our heroine in "Northanger Abbey" was obsessed with Gothic novels. The story is hysterical as she goes to Washington on vacation and is convinced that she's met a vampire and a werewolf in real life.

I would be very interested in sending you a copy of the book to review on your blog. You can learn more about Jenni here http://authorjennijames.com/ and more about Valor Publishing here http://www.valorpublishinggroup.com Please let me know if this sounds of interest to you.

It sounds so wonderful, Maria! I hope the discussion goes well you brought up some excellent points. I, too, loved the proposal scenes depicted on screen and was a little disappointed and surprised that Austen never wrote it. It seemed to fit very well!
